RE: Comedi end Debian?!?

Hi Michael,

<Snip>

That was under KNOPPIX
(installed to the hard disk), which of course has Debian roots...

</Snip>

FYI...

Knoppix uses packages from all three stages of Debian, stable (Woody),
testing (Sarge), and unstable (Sid). The majority of the packages will
therefore be from Sid and Sarge respectivly. If you doubt me check your
/etc/apt/sources.list file.

Cheers,
Silas Bennett

"In order to work with a 2.4.26 kernel you have to use comedi-source from
unstable[0]." Are you sure??? It worked fine for me using a vanilla 2.4.26
kernel, comedi 0.7.68, and comedilib 0.7.20. That was under KNOPPIX
(installed to the hard disk), which of course has Debian roots...
