Hi!

You can try the version on our page. It's basically a quite up to date 
CVS version.

You can also pull the CVS and have a look if it compiles better (have a 
look at the download section of comedi). Would be great if you could 
give us some feedback about the CVS as a new release will come out very 
soon.
