Hello Lorenzo,
I did face the same problem earlier and the following trick
did it for me.
BEFORE INSTALLING COMEDI, make a directory named rtai under
/lib/modules/2.X.XX-adeos/ and copy all the modules into this
directory from /usr/realtime/modules. Then try installing comedi and
comedilib. If everything goes fine, go back to rtai installation
directory and select the comedi option in the addons section, run
'make' and 'make install' in the rtai installation directory, look for
the the newly installed rtai_comedi module(s) in the
/usr/realtime/modules directory, copy these modules into the
/lib/modules/2.X.X.-adeos/rtai/ directory. This should complete the
setup of rtai and comedi for your real-time use.
PS: I used CVS comedi and comedilib with rtai-3.0r4 on a 2.4.24 kernel
(MDK 9.2).
Regards,
Raghu
