hello i am new in this list. I have subscribed because i am a developert and now I'm working for a small business developing a measurement system. In this business we are using a Hottinger Spider8 measurement system. You can see it here: http://www.hbm.com/Products/SEURLF/ASP/SFS/MENU.PRODUCT/OPENMENUITEM.4/SUBCAT.22/CATEGORY.4/PRODID.149/SFE/ProductDataSheet.htm This system is no longer supported on Linux, but in previous versions it was. Unfotunately, the linux drivers are no longer given by Hottinger and I can not find them anywhere. I write this e-mail to ask if anyone knows about this system and how can I obtain these linux drivers. They are only included in the original spider CDs, but with versions earlier than the one I have. Maybe one of you have a spider8 and can send me these drivers. If I don't find them, I think I will try to write my own library to use the spider8. If so, I would be glad of sending it to your Comedi project thanks for reading and I hope you can help me. Bye David
