[PATCH] comedi_fc bytes_per_scan fix for DI/DO/DIO

Hi Frank et al.,

In a recent post (Question about digital i/o cmd buffer data format in 
new driver, 2005-01-24), I mentioned that the bytes_per_scan function in 
comedi_fc.c may be broken for digital I/O as it rounds down the number 
of bytes required for a scan.  The attached patch rounds up to a whole 
number of bytes.  No driver uses this code yet, but I'm considering 
using it in my new driver.
