apparently your drivers are not installed correctly. Please send output of lsmod ls -R //usr/src uname -a 1/ comedi modules may not be presently loaded 2/ they may not have been installed in the right kernel directory 3/ they may not be loadedat boottime 4/ ... etc ... Also did you check the kernel log?
