Jan, I ended up using debian 2.6.8 kernel source with comedi-0.7.69 and comedilib-0.7.22 tarballs and all is well. Where/Whom do I report the bug too? It seems so. I've just checked, and I get the same results. Probably this package is not ready for 2.6 kernels. I'd recommend to use the cvs version with the debian/rules patch I posted to this list in january and file a bug against the comedi-source package.
