[Debian sarge/testing; automake-1.9.4-1 autoconf-2.59a-3 libtool-1.5.6-4]
Having just succeeded in building and installing 'comedi' (!), I
turned to 'comedilib'.
Since I am using the CVS version of 'comedilib' (checked out this
morning) , I first ran "./autogen.sh".
It stopped fairly quickly:
% comedilib ./autogen.sh
/usr/share/aclocal/pkg.m4:5: warning: underquoted definition of
PKG_CHECK_MODULES
run info '(automake)Extending aclocal'
or see
http://sources.redhat.com/automake/automake.html#Extending-aclocal
Remember to add `AC_PROG_LIBTOOL' to `configure.ac'.
automake: redefinition of `info'...
/usr/share/automake-1.9/am/program.am: ... `info$(EXEEXT)' previously defined here
demo/Makefile.am:2: while processing program `info'
'autogen' made no makefiles, so 'make' fails ...
I looked at "pkg.m4" and the URL, but am not sure what to do next.
Ideas?
