Hi. I really need help about a PC-CARD (PCMCIA) interface: Meausurement Computing / Computer Board DAS16/16-A0. Latest Comedi documentation classify [cb_das16_cs] as "experimental driver"; the source code is quite old (2002). #modprobe -v cb_das16_cs works OK, but #comedi_config /dev/comedi0 cb_das16_cs Configure failed!: Input/output error Check kernel log for more information Possible reasons for failure: Driver not found and #dmesg .... comedi1: cb_das16_cs: comedi0: das16cs: remove Any suggestion ? Local distributor (Microsystems Italy) lend me free of charge, this interface for 30 days max, after I need to choose to buy the card or not. I'm working with RTAI (Fedora Core III, kernel 2.6.9-adeos): the card is the only available solution for HARD real-time I/O on a laptop. I have also a USB-DUX: it is a VERY good device BUT it works on SOFT realtime only because a RTAI/kernel (USB driver) limitation.
