Hi, I'm trying to configure cb_pcidas64 with comedi_config. The problem is that the kernel crashes if I run comedi_config. I got the latest version of comedi from CVS and am running Linux 2.4.20-8 (vanilla). Here are the steps I did: o lspci: 02:09.0 Class ffff: Computer Boards: Unknown device 0052 (rev 02) (prog-if ff) o modprobe cb_pcidas64 (Works, I can see the driver installed) o comedi_config /dev/comedi0 cb_pcidas64 - This results in kernel crash, the whole system freezes! There is an entry for device_id 0x52 in cb_pcidas64.c, so I guess the cb_pcidas64.o should be ok (This was a fix to a similar problem on the list). I also checked in Windows and the PCI card seems to be working ok. I tried comedi_config /dev/comedi0 cb_pcidas64 02,09. This leads to crash too! Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance, -siddharth -------------------------------------------------------- Unix is user friendly - its just picky about its friends --------------------------------------------------------
