Device type table.

The manual make refences to the "XXX Subdevice type table" in the 
comedi_get_subdevice_type function, I can't seem to locate this table in the 
doc anywhere. Perhaps I'm blind, I apologize if so.

I'm just starting to use comedi. My goal is to have comedi control digital 
io, a few inputs a few outputs. I also will need to trigger a few routines 
by interrupt, I understand comedi is the thing to use for all this stuff, 
right?
