It's not a timer. It's a counter which has 3 inputs: clock, up/down and
clear which are just the inputs of the digtial port of the DUX-board. As
long as you don't apply a clock pulse there it won't count.

Write a program that polls the counter and then sends out a different
value on subdevice 1 (AO).
