I compared the NI E and the new M-series last spring, and found the M-series to be quite a bit cheaper for similarly speced boards. But as they weren't yet supported by Comedi (or Matlab's xPC and RTWin), I bought myself a couple of boards from the E-series. Last December, I had to order another NI board, and found the prices of the E-series to have been increased by a whopping 25%!! For no reason other than to get people to buy the M-series. I haven't been too fund of NI since... Kind regards, Arno Stienen. -- ____ / |_| <<< IR. ARNO H.A.
