confused newbie wants Scilab/Scicos/RTnet/rtailab interface

thanks for the support, I've got so far, but unfortunately i'm kind of 
confused.
I like to implement something like a Scilab/Scicos/Rtailab/Comedi 
environment as described in the scilab-howto from roberto bucher, but 
since  the machine my rt-applic will run on, is rather oldfashioned 
(pentium III Coppermine), I thought about splitting things up, and use two 
machines. One for visualisation with (x)rtailab and prototyping 
(scilab,scicos) and another for the actual hard real time part.

Roberto Bucher describes howto to implement this system on one pc. Can 
anybody point me towards the required software bits and pieces I need, 
to implement something like this on two machines ? And which of those 
pieces do I have to install on which machine ?
