You can comment out unwanted drivers from the comedi/drivers/Makefile.am 
file.  In the case of the addi-data stuff, just comment out the line:

SUBDIRS = addi-data

After editing a Makfile.am file, run ./autogen.sh at the top level with 
the same options that you would normally pass to ./configure.  This will 
regenerate the Makefile.in files and run ./configure with the specified 
options to regenerate the Makefile files.
