Are you sure you don't have an impedance matching problem? I used to have those problems with a NI PCI-6014 (reading one channel was fine, but reading more than one showed crosstalk). All problems went away when I connected a differential amplifier to my signals. Maybe the Advantage card has different input impedance than the ones you tried and that makes a difference...
