Hello, I just bought a MC PCI-DAS6031 to replicate the functionality of my NI PCI-6031E, but I'm having a bit of trouble. After reading the last bit mentioned on the DAS6031: https://mail.comedi.org/pipermail/comedi/2004-April/005794.html I think I have the same problem. I think I've pinned it down to an anamolous ~100x gain on the -10V to 10 V range, which turns into a 10x gain in the -.2V to .2V range. As a result, any voltage above/below +/- .1 V rails the card in any range. I tried turning off the setting of the ADC_QUEUE_CONFIG_BIT, although after reading the MC register map for the card, I think it should be left on (as the 6031 has 64 channels). I have to admit I'm totally confused. The card works fine under windows, and I can't see any register settings that might have somehow been missed that would explain such a large disreperancy between the wanted and the actual gain. Thanks much. -Ed Wu
