Scientific/instrumentation widgets library released

  Hi everyone.

  I've been working on a library to create some graphical scientific/instrumentation visualizations components.  Now, the  0.2  version was released . 
  This library has 11 widgets, writen for the GTK+-2.0, including a x-y plotting widget.
