Aliasing and qtscope

Hi all!,

I'm using qtscope to acquire from a usb dux fast card connected  
through a High pass filter to the mains network.

After acquiring data, I'm processing it with Scilab and obtaining the  
fft. What I now wonder is, do I have aliasing in that fft?. I mean my  
filter is high pass and I don't know if the qtscope performs any kind  
of anti aliasing system or if I can perform it in any way wich is not  
via hardware.

Does anyone know?, thanks for your time,
