Hi Has anyone got comedi working with 2.6.17/18 kernels just using patches with no manual edits yet? I am a USB-DUX user and have been very happy using it with comedi and Python on my Fedora Core 5 systems. I am hoping to move to FC6 in the next couple of weeks and unless I start playing with FC6 and old versions of the kernel it looks like comedi may have to wait. I am not a C programmer and the patch looks a little more than altering 'dev_link_t' to 'pcmcia_device'. It is all a little too much for this python programmer.
