The master clock source is now configurable with INSN_CONFIG_SET_CLOCK_SRC, and the RTSI and PFI signal routing is now configurable with INSN_CONFIG_SET_ROUTING (only m-series boards can change the PFI routing). I've updated the RTSI section in the cvs comedilib docs to reflect the changes.
