changes for 2.6.19

I've just made changes to get comedi to compile with 2.6.19.

Basically: removed the boolean definitions from the two drivers and put 
them into stddef.h.

Also commented out the config.h include in config.h. Actually not sure 
if that's the right thing to do but it works...

Should I commit?
