max DO speed

Hi, 

this is my system configuration:

- Pentium core dueo processor;

- NI PCI – 6250 DAQ ;

- Linux ubuntu distribution version 6.06 lts, whit 2.6.15 kernel;

- comedi and comedilib CVS version; 

 

I’m write one simple application for program PLL whit microwire interface.
The application work correctly but too slowing, because I can’t to go over
176 KHz (whit clock like signal ) in user space and 260 KHz in kernel space.
The performance granted by the National Istrument are around 10 MHz. 

I have use the insn and insn list for sending write command.
