R: max DO speed

I must drive two PLL using the microwire interface. For pilot, I must send
forth signal clock, Load Enable, data PLL1, data PLL2 (format in 24 bit
packet). For respect the DUT velocity I must write this data at 2 Mb/s,
unfortunately I can't to go over 176 KHb/s whit user space application and
260 Kb/s whit kernel spaces application (RTAI).

I can change my DAQ qhit another model, but which card garanted this
velocity whit comedi ?

Thanks,
Daniele

Thanks for reply.

Can I directly access to the DIO whit the outb() command using the subdevice
Physical address get whit the bash command lspci?

The PCI 6259 use the 8255 register ?
Can I use the 8255 general driver ?

Thnaks,
Daniele Verrocchio

The driver doesn't support waveform dio for m-series boards yet. It is=20
actually on my to-do list though, since I will need it eventually myself. =
=20
It might not get done for some months though. I don't know if it will do=20
10MHz, since in my experience NI's dma chip (mite) performs far worse than=
=20
they advertise. It will probably do a couple MHz though.
