udev for usbdux and usbduxfast

Hi usbdux users,

I've writen udev rules for usbdux and usbduxfast. Untar the file in the 
root directory. These are needed, for example, for ubuntu and newer 
distros.

The "remove" action doesn't work so far but I never got this to work 
even for the older hotplug so it seems to be some kernel/driver problem. 
Any suggestions? Anyway. It works as it is for me.

Please test and give me feedback. If nobody complains I'll add them to 
the CVS.
