Hi John and Marco, I am also a neurophysiologist and I used rtai/comedi to to do a dynamic clamp system (very simple code as i am not a programer). Could you guys share the utilities you have? Also, there is a routine for matlab (using comedi) that you can sync AI/AO, it's not mine but I'm sure I have it somewhere, if you're interested. Cheers Richardson John F.
