With user space you mean LXRT? If so, then the answer is yes. I'm doing
that (although I'm using RTAI 3.5). Most functions are available,
although at the moment I'm battling with the comdei_{to,from}_phys() and
the comedi_get_range() functions. There's no wrapper function for those
yet.
