Perhaps, if I had someway to figure out which if any are examples of using kcomedilib. I suspect most uses of kcomedilib are with RTLinux or RTAI, but for my application the video capture card's Vsync interrupt is "real time enough" so I should be able to avoid all the extra patching rigmarole of setting up RTAI or RTLinux (as I said I'm using RTLinux-2.1 in our old system, and would prefer to stick with a normal kernel confining my mods to the v4l2 capture driver in the new system). --wally.
