Hello Frank, May I suggest to include a line in the Changelog reading something like: Comedi-0.7.73: Frank Hess: Tested up to kernel version 2.6.18. ... And a permanent reference in the Readme: See the Changelog for the supported kernels. Comedi may work with newer kernels, but this is untested. If it doesn't, try the CVS version for the latest and greatest. This would have been helpful for a number of people, I think. It makes clear when you can use the tarballs, and when CVS. Bye, Arno.
