Advantech is lame... they "support" some cards only for kernel 2.4. I wrote my own driver mixing source codes for 2.4 and init codes that are new to 2.6. Recently, after some pressure, they gave me their beta driver for pci 1751, but they have it for Linux kernel, not comedi. I plan to write short tutorial about how to write drivers. It will be done in few months (after I finish my driver).
