Driver for MeasurementComputings PCI-DIOXX series

Hello everyone,

  Has anybody written a driver for MeasurementComputing's PCI-DIOxx
series? I suppose they are widely used because of their cost and ease of
use, but I do not see them in COMEDI's supported hardware.
  Therefore, I have written one for them. It is basically a wrapper of
8255.o. I marked its developemental status as "experimental" because I
have tested it only for PCI-DIO24H and 48H (don't have other models). I
hope it will be useful, and will be glad if anyone could improve it.
