New comedilib tarball

There is a new comedilib-0.8.0 tarball up for download at:

There is also a comedi_calibrate-1 tarball, containing comedi_calibrate, 
which used to be in comedilib.  It also has comedi_soft_calibrate for 
calibrating boards that use software calibration (NI m-series).  Gzipped 
ChangeLogs since the last release are attached.

Note, the 0.8.0 version number is not particularly significant.  I just 
decided to go to the current:revision:age scheme for library versioning.  
This results in the minor number getting incremented when new functions 
are added to the library, and the major number getting incremented when 
old functions are removed.  The new functions are mostly to support 
software calibration.
