Any plans to fix pcmcia under newer kernels?

Hello everyone and thanks again for the great
work done on comedi.

Since I can't get my ADLink PCI-9118DG running under
debian kernel 2.6.19
(https://mail.comedi.org/pipermail/comedi/2007-August/008761.html)
I tried something else.
I have a PCI-PCMCIA adapter so I can plug in PCMCIA
cards in my desktop system. PCMCIA kernel modules and
services
are working OK (can use Wifi, CF adapters etc)
Bu then... comedi drivers can not compile with the newer
kernels.
So no real progress.
I have DAQCard-6024E so I think I need to make ni_mio_cs
work. I there anybody plannning to work on this soon?

With some propper advice I can try to do the work myself
but first would you be so kind and point me in the right
direction .

Best Regards,
Lucian Gheorghe
