Sorry, I've just remembered Frank's reply on the other thread about your card not supporting analog output commands, so my reply doesn't help you! If you want reliable paced output on this card, you'll have to use the comedi_rt_timer kernel module, but that needs RTLinux or RTAI. The reason AO commands are not supported on your card is that it has no AO FIFO. In theory, it's possible to support AO commands using timer interrupts from the card, but the interrupt response time jitter is deemed unacceptable from Comedi's point of view.
