Hi, It looks like the subdevice 0 and 1 are digital inputs (with 16 channels each) and subdevice 2 and 3 are digital outputs, (16 channels each). Checking the driver source (adv_pci_dio), it looks as if the Subdevice 0 is TTL input, Subdevice 1 is Isolated input, Subdevice 2 is TTL output, Subdevice 3 is Isolated output. It is probably not that hard to check this by doing some test readings/outputs, to see that they are really like that.
