comedi pcmcia support

I've fixed compilation of the comedi pcmcia drivers in cvs against recent 
kernels, if anyone wants to try it out.  I haven't tested any of it, all I 
know is it compiles against 2.6.18 and 2.6.23 with --enable-pcmcia now.
