I'm actually subscribed twice now. Once via a gmail account and once via my work email address. When I'm signed in with my gmail account, I can add by work address as a posting address in gmail, but on visiting my google groups subscription page <http://groups.google.com/groups/mysubs>, it does not let you select that email address for posting to the groups (the drop down list only shows the main email address associated with the google account).
