You need the module kcomedilib.o only for access the comedi's functionality
from kernel space.
If you use the comedi's functionality only from user space function, you
need not to insmod kcomedilib.o.
For real time behaviour you can use LXRT (only soft real time) to make a
user space application.
When you need hard real time you must use RTAI. You can only make a kernel
space module with RTAI.
