Ah Ha! I was trying to output a square wave as a test and for some reason the values 0 and 4095 both come out as ~0V instead of -10V and +10V. I kept trying the same values (i.e. 0 and 4095) with demo/outp so I was thinking something was not working. I tried 2047 and viola the oscilloscope showed 10V. 2048 shows -10V. So why is it coming out that way? There is only one range for the subdevice and it is supposed to be -10V to +10V. I'm using comedi-0.7.65 and comedilib-0.7.19. -Evan -----Original Message----- From: GECOS [mailto:fmhess_at_mfire.com] On Behalf Of Frank Mori Hess Sent: Friday, December 06, 2002 11:30 AM To: Evan Carey; 'David Schleef' Cc: comedi_at_comedi.org Subject: Re: PXI-6713 ID is 0x2b80 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 On Thursday 05 December 2002 05:02 pm, Evan Carey wrote: > > I'm assuming that's bad? Are you using 0.7.66? - -- Frank -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE98N6B5vihyNWuA4URAqB4AJ9KlsHFT0wMGME+wo0CAkstSGJXUACfadiy ekJiq73T10EjLdrQPJu//Uw= =Ip3s -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
