Hello,Steven Jenkins , Thank you for you helping before the collected expertise of comedi! David had sent me a short email, saying that comedi can do synchroniztion. He said "This only currently works with the ni_pcimio and ni_atmio drivers. The simultaneous_start example shows how to do this and get synchronization of closer than a few nanoseconds. " But I have tried this sample without success in RHlinux( Dr Rolf Mueller think that there is no problem in RHlinux, he is a friend of my prof. So I have to still try in RHlinux sometime). I have posted the still existing problem in still the problem of delay before AI in GMANE today. At the same time I question myself, frankly, to this time I still don't really understand comedi's data flow : The mechanism of transporting datas from hardware buffer to software buffer(the process and the relevant variables , commands). when you or someone have time, please give me a introduction. By the way, I have tried in last week to set up an ao cmd and ai cmd and trigger them with the same trigger with no success(but have not try all possible possibilities). best regards Wang Maosen From Germany
