No license?

Hello,
 
When i load /sbin/modprobe das08, i see the following message (also for
8255.o and das08.o)
 
Warning : loading /lib/modules/2.4.20/misc/comedi.o will taint the
kernel: no license
 
Can this be the reason that my das08 doesn't read channel 0 ?? If yes,
what is the solution for this problem??
