AC_PROG_CC, CFLAGS in comedi

Hi Dave,

I'm noticing that the AC_PROG_CC macro is setting CFLAGS to a default
value of "-g -O2", which is then getting used during module compilation.
This increases the size of the modules by about a factor of 10 due to the
debugging symbols. Maybe we should drop AC_PROG_CC from comedi's
configure (shouldn't we be using the LINUX_CC value for CC anyways?).
