Did you install a kernel source package from debian or kernel source from
kernel.org?

Although I'm not sure where your errors come from, I would suggest you
choose the latter option!
Try to compile a "clean" kernel, install it and then try to install
comedi.  See if you still get the unresolved symbols then.
