Hi Christian,
comedi works very well with 2.6.5. The latest comedi release compiles
against 2.6.5 and there's also a kernel on the USB-DUX page which has
the comedi release integrated (just do "make menuconfig" and go to drivers).
In general: it's always a good idea to take the newest comedi release.
;-) In particular compilation problems arise often from older comedi
versions compiled against newer kernels.
