unloading (RMMOD) drivers

  I am unable to unload the comedi driver (pci1751), it gives
 me "device or resource busy". From the archives, I partially
 understood that it is something to do with the function
 comedi_unlock(). Please any one tell me how actually I can unload the
 module without rebooting.
