That's all you get from comedi_calibrate?  The interesting part should have 
come after the ouput you sent.

You need an interrupt to run commands.  Pass the interrupt level to 
comedi_config, after the base address and delimited by a comma.  Or, don't 
use isapnptools and let the driver configure your board (you would need 
the current comedi cvs for that to work though).
