Swig and the docbook bindings can't be disabled. Should I add separate
disables for all of them?

How to solve that? A couple of our comedi users are frustrated because
of buggy external programs/distros/etc. And in fact they don't need them
very often. Nothing against swig of python but a general switch is just
very handy. No matter how many external programs are needed I could just
send them an e-mail and say "Just try ./configure --disable-all-bindings".
Anyway: can we at least agree that I add --disables for all different
modules? However, I would appreciate a global switch. Just for debugging
purposes.
