There are already --disable-python-binding and --disable-ruby-binding
options. Combined they won't entirely prevent swig from getting run at
present, but that is due to a bug I've really been meaning to get to so we
can finally do another release. A disable option for the docbook
documentation would be good, it would probably be useful for people
building from cvs (the documentation will be pre-built in release
tarballs).
