i searched the archive but i couldn't find any information about it: i got this PCI-1761 advantech card Advantech talks about the comedi-0.7.60/comedilib-0.7.19 installation in their "device driver for linux" user manual. (http://ae.advantech.com.cn/wwwroot/aeuser.nsf/0/8023dc858bbc9b1a48256dc e00250188/$FILE/user%20manual.pdf) this comedi/comedilib version works fine with that pci 1761 card i also downloaded the most recent versions of the comedi/comedilib and discovered that the pci digital i/o cards are gathered in this one adv_pci_dio.c file. however the pci-1761 is not supported there while the pci-1762 is, and they are quite similar i think. my question: why is the pci-1761 no longer supported?
