[PATCH] dt3000 fix for 2.6 kernel

Hi,

"modprobe dt3000" fails on current 2.6 kernels due to missing symbols in 
the PCI stuff.

The attached patch should make it work okay.  I've made sure it 
modprobes okay, but maybe someone should check that it still finds the 
PCI card okay!
